I recently stayed at a lovely property that offers free parking and is just a 10-minute walk to the historical Bar Walls in York. The communication with the host was excellent, and the property was immaculate and spotless. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the garden was absolutely gorgeous. The host even provided a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge, which was a great welcome touch. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property.

I would have preferred a shower upstairs instead of downstairs, And the sofas in the living room were not very comfortable.

This ensured a hassle-free and quick journey onwards.

One minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay was the lack of comfort provided by the sofas in the ground floor lounge. While the lounge itself is spacious, the sofas were not particularly comfortable for watching television.

The house was absolutely mind-blowing - it was super spacious and decorated beautifully. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was surprisingly quiet. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were great additions, and having two toilets was a game-changer. The host was excellent, quickly responding to any questions we had. The property was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary resources in the kitchen and bathroom. The free parking on the driveway was a bonus, and the back garden with seating was a nice touch. our stay here was jaw-droppingly perfect, and I highly recommend it!

We were pleased to find off-road parking available for our car and enjoyed the convenience of being within a short walk to the city center. The beds were comfortable, allowing us to rest well during our romantic escape. We did feel unsafe walking back to the property at night, as part of the route was through a dark wooded area. This was a major concern for us during our stay.
